Rarebreed Dining provides premium dining and artisan cocktails in Berkshire and Surrey. They have three restaurants, bringing London dining to the Home Counties, with exceptional British steak and seafood dishes.

Their passion is in everything they do; whether it’s dry ageing their own steaks, home smoking their own salmon or barrel ageing spirits and crafting new cocktails.

How we started working together

Their now Managing Director used to work for another client of ours. A short time after he joined Rarebreed, he asked us if we would like to provide IT support for Rarebreed, as his boss was frustrated with their then IT support provider and was looking for someone new. Naturally, we jumped at the chance.

What we did

Since early 2018 we have:

  • Provided IT support, including extended support hours, for three pubs
  • Migrated them from a local infrastructure into the Cloud
  • Provided their internet connectivity and phone systems
  • Completely re-cabled two of their pubs during refurbishments
  • Improved the WiFi delivery for their customers and staff
  • Provided 1st line tech support for all tech systems, then liaising with their EPOS provider as needed

 

The results

Rather boringly, everything simply works for them. They know they can come to us with any questions, for IT advice and, of course, if something isn’t working as it should. Perhaps the best way we can demonstrate the results we deliver for Rarebreed Dining is by sharing what Sam said when asked if he was happy for us to do a case study: “I am a big fan of Clarity”
