Rarebreed Dining provides premium dining and artisan cocktails in Berkshire and Surrey. They have three restaurants, bringing London dining to the Home Counties, with exceptional British steak and seafood dishes.
Their passion is in everything they do; whether it’s dry ageing their own steaks, home smoking their own salmon or barrel ageing spirits and crafting new cocktails.
How we started working together
Their now Managing Director used to work for another client of ours. A short time after he joined Rarebreed, he asked us if we would like to provide IT support for Rarebreed, as his boss was frustrated with their then IT support provider and was looking for someone new. Naturally, we jumped at the chance.
What we did
Since early 2018 we have:
The results
Rather boringly, everything simply works for them. They know they can come to us with any questions, for IT advice and, of course, if something isn’t working as it should. Perhaps the best way we can demonstrate the results we deliver for Rarebreed Dining is by sharing what Sam said when asked if he was happy for us to do a case study: “I am a big fan of Clarity”
I have worked with Clarity IT for over a decade now across multiple venues, they were the go-to at my current employment when we were discussing new IT solutions, and they were an easy choice. Over the past 7 and a half years we have used them for all our IT requirements at Rarebreed Dining and have never wanted for more, they make it easy to say no to all the cold callers asking about switching services.
For me, it is the consistency, supportive and friendly approach to work that really stand out at Clarity. No matter who you speak to at their support, they are always happy to help no matter how big or small the task, and unlike many IT companies, they do it in a personal manner.
Not only do have Clarity been there for constant support when required (which they have never let us down), they are also essential in our strategic decision making and always happy to advise on the best course of action to achieve our company goals.
